Kunde quit his position of ALP candidate in the 2016 Australian Election. He did this over ties to Hizb ut Tahrir's Uthman Badar and a lecture on same sex marriage he delivered at Sydney University. He immediately deleted his twitter account and the seminar in question was closed to public view on you tube, above is the seminar on same sex marriage.
